OUR WEEKLY SCHEDULE

MONDAY: TABATA

We focus on 20 seconds of movement followed by 10 seconds of rest. Always the perfect way to start the week!

TUESDAY: BURN & TONE

Tuesday's we break out the weights together. Build your strength in this fan favourite every week. No weights? Get started by filling up two water bottles or grabbing two soup cans!

WEDNESDAY: KICKBOXING

Ready to kick & punch all your stress away? This class is FUN! Zero equipment needed on Wednesday's. Get ready to move & SHAKE!

THURSDAY: LOW IMPACT STRENGTH & BURN

Thursday's we slow things down. Get ready to feel the burn. We focus on those smaller muscles today. Burn, baby, burn!

FRIDAY: MASH UP

You never know what's coming on Friday's! We usually add in weights today but I like to mix it up on Friday's & leave you guessing. We always finish off the week together with a bang!

All classes are 30 minutes or less. These workouts are designed for all fitness levels. You choose to work at the intensity level you want! Movement made for everyone. Multiple ways to do every move.
